We have a beautiful river home available starting Dec 1st 2026. It is located just up valley from Methow itself, on 10 Acres. The home has been completely renovated, sits above the river bank so you can relax and enjoy the outdoors with comforts of a country home!
This home is completely furnished and turnkey ready.
There is a downstairs primary bedroom with private bath and King Bed. A second bedroom is down the hallway with Queen Bed, and another renovated bathroom just across the hall. There is also a bunk room with four beds! All beds are new throughout the home and everything had been lined in pine for a true cabin feel.
Dining and living rooms are upstairs for lounging, along with a 1/2 bathroom. Beautiful windows throughout along with a new roof.
Again, the home comes fully furnished, including the kitchen. Perfect for a Winter retreat or a contractor that has work in the valley, or individuals that need seasonal space.
Our current tenants are vacating END OF OCT 2026 so we are interviewing for a new tenant. Our last few tenants have been contractors working in the valley, along with an individual just wanting to enjoy the valley for the Winter!
The home has a gas firplace upstairs, along with heat throughout for a nice comfortable Winter.
We will provide snow plow service at no charge throughout the Winter.
