I am moving out of the valley and hoping to find someone to take over my lease. I'm technically month to month, but I believe the new tenant would need to do a standard lease for the first twelve months. It is a single wide trailer, two bedrooms and one bath. Rent is $900/month and it includes water/sewer/garbage. Tenant is responsible for power(through PUD) and internet. The only internet for this specific unit that I've been able to find is Starlink and T-Mobile. The unit has a washer and dryer included.
There is the possibility of it being partially furnished if that is something you are needing, as I do not plan on taking any of the big furniture with me. I plan on moving the weekend of October 23rd, so i figured the 1st would be the best date to start. You'd have to speak with the landlord to finalize details, but I'm just trying to get the word out there to make it an easier transition from tenant to tenant.
