Hello all. Its a little early to put this up but I figured I may as well get a jump on it. Right now I have my place up for sale, but due to the pass opening late and the wildfires, the buying season has been very slow. I plan to keep the house on the market until end of October. This will be ready to RENT by November (flexible with dates)
