Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and can be mostly furnished (or not). Appliances included and it has an enclosed, two car garage. One year lease, references, first, last and deposit required.
$2200/month plus utilities.
There is a possibility that we can rent the top with one bedroom separately from the open daylight basement with the other two bedrooms and a spacious sitting area. The basement has its own outside entrance that is set up with a kitchenette. Would consider that option.
