Empty Shelves at Rosauers

My wife stopped in there on Sunday and came out a bit later with a bag of groceries and pictures of empty shelves. Any idea what might have caused this? I know 49 days was this past weekend, but could that be the reason for the bare shelves? Perhaps a late delivery or is this the new normal?

Mass refrigeration failure last week!
They had to toss alot of dairy etc.
