They closed my ticket even though the issue still isn’t fixed, which has been incredibly frustrating.
It’s now been escalated to a supervisor at my insistence. I went back over everything I told the original rep, including the construction on Glover St. The problem started shortly after that construction began, and now the supervisor thinks that’s likely the cause, even though the neither knew anything about it. He’s supposed to get back to me on Thursday.
The last thing in the world I want to do is give Elon Musk my money, but this repair is taking way too much of my time instead of theirs. Thank goodness I have a telecommunications background, because I’ve basically had to walk them through this myself. I’ll post an update when I hear back.

Ive also been having issues for the last week with an unstable connection, but it being fast when it is working. Has made work from home via a VDI impossible. This morning it would disconnect every 10-15s so I finally called for help. Work IT and I determined it to be Tmobile as a whole when my phones hotspot had the same issue off my tmobile home wifi.
I called t mobile and after being on hold for 45min they had me do a full rest of my modem and now it seems better. Odd. Im not sure if it actually a modem issue, or if something with Tmobile improved after the morning.

I sat in the Pearrygin Lake boat area for two hours on Monday using their Wi Fi just to catch up on work. When I got home, I realized my cell service was finally working again. I restarted my router, and my home Wi Fi stopped dropping every 20 seconds too. I was so thrilled. Then around 7pm tonight, everything started dropping off again. If anyone is still experiencing intermittent connectivity, please call Tmobile.

Hi all - when you call T-Mobile- call 611 - they will connect you to tech support right away - i have a new gateway coming because the 1 I have cuz of it not working like it's supposed to

I finally got the promised call from T-Mobile. Now they’re saying it may be the end of May at the earliest before service is fixed. He couldn’t explain why everything suddenly worked on Sunday and again blamed the construction in Twisp. He also said increased traffic in the area is part of the issue.
I asked why they sold more service than the network could clearly handle, and he acted like that was an unreasonable question.
If you’re also dealing with slow or unstable service, especially connections dropping or resetting every 15 to 30 seconds, please call 611 and report it too. Maybe they’ll take it more seriously if it’s coming from more than just one frustrated customer.
I wish we had more choices.

Is it just me, or does it seem to be fixed? I don't want to hold my breath, but I'm curious what you've experienced recently, and if they ever got back to you with a definitive answer.
In my research, I did find a bunch of other T-Mobile users across the country with similar problems, and it was usually chalked up to the tower going through a power recycle to save energy.

I have Tmobile and have had no problems with service or dropped calls. Best of luck
