Twisp - T-mobile Issues???.

Post by connieburke » Fri May 01, 2026 2:56 pm

I’m just checking to see if this is a me problem or something broader before I contact T-Mobile. For the last 10 days or so, my signal has been dropping frequently. It started a few times an hour, and now it’s happening every 30 to 60 seconds.

My signal shows as “great,” and I’ve restarted my router and devices several times, but it’s happening on both mobile data and home WiFi.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks!

.
I only have t-mobile phone service - not WIFI - but Ive noticed the same.
And not just from home…(I’m just S of Twisp) ….but in multiple locations around the valley; service just occasionally drops for a while.

Calls are dropping for us, too. Also having voice to text issues. Has anyone contacted T-Mobile and if so, what did they say? Thanks for posting.

I use US Mobile over Verizon towers, very reliable south of Twisp. Also, with US Mobile you can use different providers for a small extra charge. That is, I could have both Verizon and T-Mobile service available at will on one mobile phone.

Base price is $25/month. Amazingly good customer service. I was glad to switch from Tracfone after years of terrible customer service and their website frequently not working.

We have T-Mobile for our phone plans, as well as T-Mobile Home Internet in Winthrop, and Business Internet in Twisp — we're experiencing this exact same thing all across the board. Much worse in Winthrop, though. I've been putting off contacting them, but that's interesting you're experiencing the same thing. I'd love to get to the bottom of it!

I've been putting off calling them as well. I tried every fix in the book with no change. Oddly, cellular had no issues over the weekend, but the home internet was still glitchy. I'm going to make myself call tomorrow. I'm right in the heart of Twisp above Hanks, but I have issues near Thriftway too.

I have also been experiencing this. Resetting my router helped, but it often comes back.

I can also confirm that resetting the router (unplugging, then plugging back in after a few minutes) helps for maybe an hour but quickly degrades. Unfortunately if this is a valley-wide issue, I think that means T-Mobile doesn't really care.

Thank you for being a valued T-Mobile customer! Trouble Ticket # ###044 has been opened on your account. Please allow 3 business days for teams to review. Resolution can take longer depending on the issue.

I'm let you know if they find anything. I know it's not my router.

Tmobile said they'd call back in an hour, it was 24. The good news is it's a network issue, not me issue. They said a minimum of 3 days for an update. If you're having issues, please call repair. Perhaps if more people reported the problem, they'd get to it a little faster.
