Cougar sighting on poorman creek rd

This am at 430 we caught on video a full size cougar sniffing the property. We live up poorman creek rd so thought I should share so people livimg around the area could be on the look out.

How far up Poorman Creek are you ... Last week the cougar was here 4 times and killed 2 Farrel cats which is 2 miles up from the Bridge .. First time was January 25th the cougar killed a young 5 month Kitten.. Very Sad I liked that Kitty. Call the Game Warden if you have any more problems... Jason Day is his name.. Bring out a Trap. Thanks for the info so we can track this Mountain Lions Location.

We are the 2nd driveway up poorman creek. And I did get ahold of Jason and let him know. I am sorry about your kitten. We found our cat Monday night with a sore on his inner right thigh and his left leg is broken. I'm taking him to Wenatchee tomorrow to get fixed. We don't know what happened.

Jason set the Trap Here 2 years ago and we Trapped that one however this one is a juvenile but still Dangerous and Hungry and needs to be Trapped and Removed... Keep your pets inside till we see where this Mountain Lion is Headed.. I am one and a half miles from Your Location.. So he is roaming POORMAN Cr RD.. Sorry to hear about your cat getting injured.. he must have escaped this Beast. I will keep everyone posted if I hear or see this CAT... Thanks for your heads up on this matter. Stay Safe.

Thanks for this reminder. I went up to look at the loggin operation and totally forgot about the cat roaming around. I always look around and am aware but I was more focused on the cutting. Couldn't have seen any tracks since the soil was compacted. Think I will take a companion with me if I go up again.

Might be ranging to newby cr drainage, but I usually see tracks every year, seems unlikely there is only one?
