Hanks Senior Lunch

For many years Hank's hosted a Senior Appreciation Lunch right around Valentines Day at the Community Center. It was a fabulous complimentary lunch set up and catered by his employees that included raffle tickets and a Band for dancing. Thank you Hank, for the many years you sponsored this event. It was so much fun for all of us and a wonderful community gathering.

I was at many of these shows where Terry Hardesty would entertain with his band. I have one live video on youtube called " Hanks II valentine show 2010 ". It seems to be the 2nd half of the 2010 Valentines meal and dance.

Yes ! Thank you Hank , and the great group of community volunteers that made that an invaluable slice of history and connection with our seniors and neighbors , many who have gone on ahead .
I was very fortunate , honored , and excited to get the call to play drums for Terry on many of those shows . He could play all the musical genre's from the past so the seniors could dance and reminisce .
It was my favorite gig every year , and to see so many smiling faces in the audience was heartwarming!
A lot of love and history in that room 🎸❤️🎶
