•Great option if you want structure without weekly sessions
Individualized Coaching
•$260/month
•Custom strength, aerobic, and mobility programming
•Programming posted 1–2 weeks at a time in TrainingPeaks
•Regular communication with Johannah
•One weekly check-in (in-person, phone, or video)
•Higher-touch coaching with real-time adjustments as life and progress change
Personal Training
•Available as usual
