18 ft Mongolian yurt for sale

Hello,

I'm selling my 18 ft Mongolian yurt.

New in Fall 2025: *new layering system, no old canvas*
-outer cover, with traditional Mongolian markings from Suntime yurts (cost $1.6k)
-vaposhield layer for roof portion, in between exterior cover and wool (cost $450)
-Tyvek house wrap on yurt walls, in between wool and exterior cover, comes with an extra half a roll un-used
-clear cirlcular vinyl cover for crown, let's light in

This yurt has no windows, besides the French style doors on the entry. Windows can be cut in with moderate skill. Lots of info online.

-(optional) keep the gigantic wool rug that covers 80% of floor space
-in decent condition overall, wool in good condtion, some wear on door.
-located near Winthrop, current spot allows tenancy solidly until May, then would be up to you to negotiate or find a new spot. It is peaceful and private. Off-grid set up.
-bathroom & shower available 5 minutes away, trash service available.
