Just an observation from outside, but it seems like Sun Mountain is needing more people more frequently than they used to. Don't know what is happening, but high turnover in this valley is usually not a good sign.

There are few places in the valley that are not constantly looking to hire staff. The situation has gotten worse since Covid. Sun Mountain is no different. I wouldn't single them out just because they are always looking for staff. And consider how large they are.

As Randy stated, staffing in the valley has become quite an issue. We are a seasonal business and with all of our summer staff that have left for the winter, we still have a busy winter season ahead! We have many departments as there are so many things to do! Trying to find long term help to join our growing family! It is not that we have high turnover, we are just trying to get positions filled that are vacant. We try to get as many eyes as possible on our listings, so people know there are options in the valley!
