Meets Mondays at 12:30 PM, Wednesdays at 6:45 AM & 12:30 PM, and Fridays at 6:45 AM & 12:30 PM. This 6-week program focuses on building full-body strength, improving technique, and increasing confidence with barbell and functional movements. Great for all fitness levels!
🥋 Women’s Self Defense:
Join us for two free intro classes open to the public on November 3rd and 7th at 5 PM.
After the free sessions, the 6-week course continues Mondays and Fridays at 5 PM.
Learn practical, easy-to-use techniques to help you feel more confident and prepared in everyday situations. Open to ages 14 and up.

These both sound great! Does one need to be at both intro sessions for self-defense and both weekly classes, or is it a Monday night class and a separate Friday night class?
Same for the strength series--is this a MWF class, or a once weekly class with 5 time options? Are they mix and match, or do I need to sign up for one?

For the Women’s Self-Defense Course, the full 6-week program is $150. The two intro sessions on November 3rd and 7th are free and open to the public — you’re welcome to attend one or both before deciding to sign up for the full course.
The Strength Series is included with a Winthrop PT & Fitness membership. Classes follow a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule with multiple time options — you can mix and match whichever times work best for you each week.
