ISO winter rental Jan-Feb-March

My husband and I are looking for a rental in the Valley for Jan, Feb and perhaps into March. We are a professional couple who have lived and worked in Wenatchee for approx. 30 years. We will be working remotely and need good internet. Otherwise, our needs are very basic. We have zero pets, are non-smokers, and are homeowners and "landlords" ourselves. We will be coming up to the Methow mostly mid-week to ski, but spending about 1/2 the week at home in Wenatchee. We come with an excellent landlord reference from the family who rented their Winthrop ADU to us last winter. We have a 1 bed 1 bathroom apartment available in early November. Located 5 miles up the Loup Highway, 10 minutes to the town of Twisp, 10 minutes to Loup Loup Ski Area.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes dishes and all the things you would need to be move in ready. Small porch with beautiful view of mountains. Fraizer creek runs through the property.

Washer and dryer in unit. Shower and bathtub. Wood burning fire place. No carpet. All utilities are included! Fast starlink internet. Pets considered.

This house a duplex and the owners live upstairs.

$1400 per month and lease is month to month. Willing to do work trade to lower the rent.

Hi all. Hope it's ok that I join the conversation rather than start a new thread. (If not, happy to repost separately)

I am also looking for a winter rental for a few months, roughly the same dates (Jan-Feb-March) but very flexible (could do Feb-March-April) or something. I am an artist and creative professional who has spent many years visiting the valley, and also a summer living there. I've been wanting to take some time this winter to live there full time and focus on art and writing.

I am solo, no pets, no partner. Just me n my car n gear. Very familiar with the valley, and hope to spend the winter backcountry skiing, nordic skiing, and working on art.
