This announcement missed the newspaper deadline, so posting here for those who won't see it elsewhere. We are sad to announce that this is the final week for the Methow Fresh Pizzeria. Our last service day at the Rolling Huts restaurant will be Monday, the 27th. Many of you have enjoyed our pizza, cooked on a hot stone hearth, and we've enjoyed making them for you. But it's time to get back to our roots, and work on our desired business model, so we're focusing our efforts towards our recently opened takeout location in Twisp. If you've ever wanted to come out and try our scratch-made pizza and European imported beers, please do so this week! Monday only, we will be clearing out stock and as a final celebration, we'll offer $4 off all pizzas, and similar amounts off our beers. If you've been one of our regulars, this is your last opportunity to grab a hot pizza or two and get some extras of those hard-to-find beers to take home with you!

It seems that your new location for "take and bake" items will be in Twisp at the former location of Blue Star Coffee, i.e. on the way to the transfer/recycle station. Will your business be only Pre-Order and pick up? Or can we drop in and hope to get "take and bake" items from the refrigerator -- taking a chance obviously if I have not pre-ordered?

Good question! Yes, you can walk-up during window service hours (noon-3pm from Wed-Sat) and see what we have available in the cooler.
