The Shafer Museum is back with another installment of the OUR METHOW HOME series. This time, we're exploring the first 60 years of Winthrop's history! Come out to a video presentation to learn about the people, events, natural disasters, booms and busts that made the town of Winthrop.
There will be a question and answer session after the presentation and plenty of books and Shafer Museum swag for sale. All ages are invited to attend this free event, but donations will help offset the cost of production.
There are 2 sessions available:
Friday, August 22nd 7pm to 9pm
Saturday, August 23rd 1pm to 3pm
Both sessions will be held at the Red Barn Auditorium in Winthrop.

If you missed previous presentations, you can find books from each one at the presentation or by stopping by the museum gift shop.
