The Wolf Creek Property Owners Association board is seeking a Facilities Manager. This is a part-time job requiring about 40 flexible hours per month and paying approximately $25,000/yr.
The manager is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the community roads, water system and other infrastructure. The manager works with contractors and applicable government agencies and interfaces with community members.
Consideration will be given to applicants who have some combination of skills and experience with water systems, electrical, plumbing or excavation to handle basic maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
