Remodel Recommendations

Happy New Year folks.

My wife and I are hoping that a slow down in new construction might open opportunities for architects and contractors to consider a major remodel project in Mazama. This would be a significant project requiring architectural and engineering expertise. We would are looking for local firms with established partnerships -- i.e., an architect who works directly with local contractors or vice versa -- and examples of successful past projects. This isn't our first remodel rodeo, so you can expect knowledgable, professional clients with realistic expectations as to cost and timeframe.
