Boss Snow plower hydraulic pump RR

Any one have experience with the proper work flow how to replace the hydraulic pump on an older Boss snow plower, please contact me or Bart. Either the whole pump or just the motor brushes. Pump has one positive contact while grounded on the frame.

Thanks for the replies. Snow plow was fixed by Bart, replaced the pump.
