How to Clean your Rag Rugs--The Methow Way

Scandinavian Way--Methow Valley Way. Put the rug outside on dry cold snow, shovel more snow on top, and sweep with a broom. Move to a new spot on the snow and repeat until the snow underneath is clean and your handwoven rug is clean and fresh.
