My friends dog was attacked last night at the airport on Mink road. The dog appeared to be a black Newfoundland. Does anyone happen to know this dog and know if it’s vaccinated? It broke skin and we’re just hoping to find out if the dog is vaccinated. Thanks so much in advance.
