NCI Datacom Issues?

NCI Datacom Issues?

Anyone else having issues with their NCI Datacom internet connection? Ours in Winthrop hasn't worked for about 3 days. When I tried to call for help, their was a recording suggesting it's a bigger issue with no estimated time of repair.

Been working ok SW of Twisp. We hit the dish up near the lighted cross.
