Position Type: Pasta Technician / Part-Time (Predominantly M and F afternoons)
Location: Winthrop/Crown S Ranch
Trained Wage: $24 - $30/hour (after paid training period)
TwisPasta is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pasta Technician to join our production team. We specialize in high quality fresh artisan pastas, supplying our roadside farmstand, local retailers, and our restaurant partners.

What you’ll do:
Operate our specialized Italian machines to produce consistent, high-quality pasta
Assemble and finish artisan pastas (e.g., ravioli, lasagne)
Scale, mix, and hydrate dough according to established recipes
Monitor texture, shape, and moisture content, adjusting machinery to maintain standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
What we’re looking for:
Demonstrated interest in producing high quality food
Willingness to learn all aspects of the job
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
