Hi, I'm Joe. I'm here to help. Friendly in-person support for computers, tablets, smartphones, printers, routers, sound systems and more. A lifelong computer enthusiast, I have extensive experience with all major operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, ChromeOS and Android, as well as a computer science degree from WWU. Problems begone!

Tired of tech giants running your life? I also offer consulting and assistance moving away from big tech. This can include moving your data off cloud services, switching to a secure and private email provider, turning off wasteful "AI" features, tightening privacy settings, or deleting accounts.
