We had a couch delivered to the methow and it came in a large press board box cleverly held together with steel clips. The box dimensions are 34" x 79" x28" with 1/2 press board on all sides. It's disassembled so easy to transport. Use it as a shipping/storage box, or use the wood for projects. The wood is clean.
