A secular, practical and highly effective training developed to enable emergency responders to stay calm and think clearly in stressful situations. The class is based on the work of Dr. Amishi Jha, a neuroscientist, professor and mindfulness practioner . Her book, whihc I highly recommend, is called “Peak Mind” available from the library).
