4-Elements Yoga Series At Motive

Join us at Motive Yoga Co for this special 4-part series woven into the Flow & Be class on Sunday mornings at 9 am, where each week's practice will be themed around one element, influencing everything from the asana and music, to pranayama and intention. We'll continue to hold space for extended savasana at the end of each class, allowing time for integration of the practice at a deeper level.

Here’s the elemental lineup:

🌿 EARTH (PRITHVI) – April 20

Begin rooted and steady. In honor of Earth Day, we’ll ground into the body, cultivate stability, and awaken the power of presence.

🌬 AIR (VAYU) – April 27
Awaken lightness and breath. This practice will focus on expansion, inspiration, and flowing with change.

🔥 FIRE (AGNI) – May 4
Stoke the inner flame. Through heat-building movement and willful intention, we’ll explore clarity, transformation and inner power.

💧 WATER (APAS) – May 11
Flow with feeling. In honor of Mother’s Day, we’ll honor the creative, intuitive, and nurturing qualities of Water—the element of the sacred feminine.
