I do not recommend working here. They hire individuals as independent contractors while treating them like employees, including strictly controlling schedules and day-to-day tasks.
This limits the key advantages of contract work, such as flexibility and independence, while still leaving workers without the benefits and protections of employee status (e.g., employer-paid taxes, paid sick leave, workers comp, unemployment benefits, workplace protections). As a result, you end up with the downsides of both arrangements and the benefits of neither.

Thank you for replying on our AD and we are sorry it did not work out for you. We did try our best by allowing your kids to come play on the property while you worked... including playing on the swing set, using our paint for decorating rocks and hanging out with you in the rooms.
