Walking Trails
Walking Trails
Are any of the local trails reserved for pedestrian use only? I know that two trails have been designated "dog friendly". Does anyone know of a process where perhaps one or two trails could be designated for pedestrians only? It would be nice for elderly and disabled to be able to walk in peace without being surprised by electric bikes, bicycles and like yesterday electric Segways.. Anyone else agree with the idea? Sun Mtn has some walking only trails, there are also a few in Mazama, upper and lower River Run trails, they are designed on the summer Methow Trails map.
