custom deli sandwiches

In Twisp or Winthrop, do any restaurants, bakeries, grocers, ect make custom made-to-order deli sandwiches? Like the way the old Boulder Creek deli in Winthrop used to do?

I recall the Cinnamon Twisp Bakery made custom sandwiches, but their status is uncertain. Any insights are appreciated!

Nobody beats the Sub Shop inside the Chevron gas station in Twisp! Get yourself a foot long Destroyer and you'll see what I'm talkin about :)

Chevron Rueben sandwich is excellent!

Have it with the horseradish and some additional onion and mustard…..
