ISO work that I can do with a broken arm

Post by dieseldog94 » Fri Mar 27, 2026 9:54 am

I broke my arm on the 4th and I can't afford to be out of work until it heals I'm hoping there is somebody out here that needs some light labor done around they're place or know anywhere that I could go to for work . Between these gas prices and the cost of food constantly going up with no work it's getting pretty hard to make ends meet .. iv got some movement in the arm just can't lift it push or pull anything with it to hard thank you in advance

Just a suggestion, but you might want to list some skills you have that are not limited by your broken arm. As your post reads right now, you appear to be asking to get paid without being able to do anything.

Well slade here's the thing everything I've done the last 8 years require both hands rather it be mechanics or tree services or really any other work iv done I can't do right now or really shouldn't because if I strain it one time the wrong way I'm in to have surgery done so really I'm looking at learning a new set of skills not that I'm looking to be paid with it out doing anything like most of my generation has done IV worked and busted my ass everyday of my life and now it's time for me to slow down but it doesn't mean the bills to hear that so really if you have any helpful advice that would be great clearly you have no work that would be something I could do or you would have had it in mind when you decided to reply so please if you don't have anything to offer please don't respond..... I'm not asking for a hand out people I'm still trying to work for my money I'm just not sure how or what is out there that I could do I have to a valid license and a car so lmk what is it there

Good for you, one armed guy! My guess is you can probably out work some able bodied persons with your one good arm. The fact that you’re proactively seeking work and are willing to work while recovering from your injury says a lot about your character. How do I get in touch if I can think of some work for you. Give em hell diesel dog.im like you i can tell as ive worked hard all my life and when ive been forced to sit on the sidelines a couple times its depressing and yes its a cruel world in regard to bills and not much empathy from them guys.but i believe you on the dr telling you to follow his orders as surgery rarely brings you back to before.so i guess im urging you to really be cafeful in recovering this break as its serious.with that and it was dreadful in caving in until i was forced to accept help from room 1 and i have never lost the gratitude ive had since then in their jumping in with both feet from the start and amazing how much hope they gave me.that was a long time ago and i never made it to the cove but am certainly not above that.i realize how lucky i am to live in a special place and they make this place like no other.no shit i had to put my foot down in regard to declining a couple resources they were wanting to help me with.they were awesome.youll be back to working as hard as ever i know it.dont compromise your recovery and i hope something comes along thats suitable for sustained recovery if i get wind of anything ill let you know
