A large dog named Diesel -looks like a Rhodesian ridgeback, super friendly!- was roaming around Frost road yesterday afternoon around 4pm. I scanned his QR tag and learned his owners name is Mike Ratcliffe, but when I called the number listed on the pawscout website it said it was no longer in service.
If anyone knows this human please let them know. The dog was around last night but we have not seen him this morning
