solutions on getting rid of white fly

Has anyone out there dealt with white fly with any success? Have tried neem oil, dawn soap and an insecticide (which ive forgotten the name of). As soon as the bush is in its glorious green stage the white fly starts too eat it from the inside out. I think this year is the worst. My beautiful bush is completely demolished. Ive also watched utube vids that suggest things ive already tried. LUCY
