Tuesday Yoga classes in Twisp! 5pm-6:15. Come tonight! This is an all accessible yoga class with access to props, even a chair if you need to sit in a chair (I offer variations to each pose). Don't be afraid to try. This is NOT a sweat-inducing flow class. I cater to all my students' individual needs, meeting them where they are at in their lives and bodies.
