It's too bad Sunflower didn't sign in with a name. The TV station (KIMAtv) link describing the project in Yakima is relevant... I've taken the liberty of summarizing...

Catholic Charities Housing Services is set to break ground on a new affordable housing project in Yakima designed to support residents with lower incomes. The development will feature a 73-unit apartment complex, including one manager unit and 72 affordable housing units.

The 72 units will cater to various groups, with 17 units designated for disabled individuals, 25 units for young adults aged 18 to 24, and the remaining units serving general low-income residents. The rest of the units will serve general low-income households, all of which will be qualified as part of the lease-up process.

The project, with a total cost of $30 million, received $1.8 million from the city, while the remaining funds were sourced from state and federal programs. About $3 million was contributed by the national housing trust fund, and $6.5 million or so was from the state housing trust fund. The remaining balance was either through Catholic Charities equity
or through the low-income housing tax credit which is distributed through the housing finance commission. The project is expected to be completed by April 2026.
