Come set the tone for the new year with this nervous system support. This series is designed to balance and restore the nervous system through nourishing practices and tools that combine modern research with ancient wisdom. We will move through yin and restorative yoga postures, an extended savasana, calming breath practices, meditation, journaling & tea. Aligned with the lunar new year, we will take our time releasing, integrating, and sowing seeds of intention, post-holiday bustle. Syncing with the seasonal, planetary, & energetic rhythms of nature, this container will be a soft yet stable landing into 2025.
