In search of long term rental

Hey all!
My wife and I are looking for a place to call home in the Valley (Carlton to Winthrop). We’ve been here for nearly two years and are looking for a long-term rental (ideally ~12 months or longer).
We’re looking for:
• 2+ bedrooms
• Parking for 4 vehicles
• A little bit of outdoor space
We’re two mid-30s adults and a 12-year-old dog. We’ve owned homes in the past and plan to eventually buy here, so we understand what it means to take care of a place and would treat your home like it’s our own.
We’re responsible, respectful adults with stable income and are happy to provide references. If you know of something that might be a good fit, please send me a message. We’d really appreciate any leads!
