Lucky Grouse in Mazama is looking to connect with Methow Valley farmers, growers, and small producers interested in supplying local restaurants.

We’d like to build relationships with more growers in the valley, learn what you’re producing, and find opportunities to work together—whether that’s a regular weekly order, seasonal availability, or something you have an abundance of at a particular time of year.

Right now, we’re especially interested in culinary herbs for both our kitchen and beverage program, including herbs for cooking as well as tisanes, shrubs, and other non-alcoholic beverages. We’re interested in both fresh and dried herbs, including:

Parsley
Spearmint and other culinary mints
Lemon verbena
Lemon balm
Sage
Basil and other culinary herbs

We’re also interested in hearing about vegetables, fruit, flowers, and other locally grown products that could be a fit for our kitchen and beverage program.

You don’t need to be a large or established farm. If you’re growing something well and have enough to sell to a restaurant, we’d be happy to hear from you.

Send us a message or stop by Lucky Grouse and introduce yourself. We’d love to know what you’re growing here at the end of the growing season and what’s being planned for next year.
