**Lucky Grouse is Hiring: Service Staff + Event Staff**
Lucky Grouse is a neighborhood pizzeria in Mazama serving Neo-Neapolitan pizza with a small, carefully selected wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage program.
**Service Staff**
We’re looking for an experienced FOH person to help run service.
Lucky Grouse is counter service, but this position is our main point of contact with guests—welcoming people, taking orders, answering menu and beverage questions, running food, checking on tables, and helping keep service organized.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, communicates well, and can provide service that is warm, genuine, and precise.
Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred. This could also be a good fit for someone interested in learning more about wine, beer, and restaurant beverage service. We’re happy to train the right person.
**Event Staff**
We’re also looking for part-time staff to help with weddings, rehearsal dinners, private dinners, and other events.
Work may include setup, food and beverage service, clearing, cleanup, and general event support.
Event staff are not regularly scheduled. Hours are available as events are booked, so this is a good option for someone looking for occasional additional work.
**For both positions, we’re looking for people who are:**
* Dependable
* Friendly and professional
* Comfortable working with guests
* Calm when things get busy
* Good team players
* Willing to jump in where needed
