We have a beautiful river home available starting Dec 1st 2026. It is located just up river from Methow itself, on 10 acres. The home has been beautifully renovated, sits above the river bank, so you can relax and enjoy the outdoors with all the comforts of a very comfortable home.
There is a downstairs primary bedroom with private bath and King Bed. A second bedroom is down the hallway with Queen bed, and another renovated bathroom just across the hall. There is also a bunk room with four beds! All beds are new throughout the home and everything has been lined in pine for a true cabin feel.
This home comes fully furnished, including the kitchen! Perfect for a Winter retreat, a contractor that has a project in the valley or individuals that need seasonal space.
Our current tenants are wrapping up a job in Twisp so we are now interviewing and marketing for the next resident.
The home has a gas fireplace upstairs, along with heat throughout for a nice comfortable winter.
We will provide snow plow service at no charge throughout the Winter.
