Needing Help (Moving Out)

Hi,
I am needing to move out of my current living situation although I won't be ready till around late spring. (Around June 2027)
I'm looking for a trailer to buy, a tiny home to rent or buy, a home of some type to rent, or land to rent to park something on, I am open to several different options and would appreciate any opportunities and offers.
Also I am limited on prices so that will be a factor.
