Tomatoes available for processing! Willow Brook Farm in Carlton has certified organic heirloom and Roma tomatoes available for purchase. We have 10# boxes of number 2 heirlooms and 20# boxes of first quality Roma tomatoes. The heirlooms are great for fresh eating or making sauce, the roma tomatoes are excellent for canning but have great flavor and are tasty fresh!
The number 2’s have cracks but lots to work with. All tomatoes grown in Carlton on our farm and certified organic by Washington State department of agriculture. Processing tomatoes is a great Smokey day project!
