Every Sunday after the new moon. Come as you are to these supportive and nourishing women’s circles to honor the new moon. New moons are a cosmic reset point, an opportunity for seed planting in the fertile darkness of a new cycle. Sofia will share a yin yoga practice and cacao ceremony to ground us into our bodies and hearts. Kelsi will share her astrological insights on the unique cosmic energy of each moon cycle and guide our intention setting practice. Together we’ll create space to check in, share and be witnessed. Join this sangha (spiritual community) to find refuge in a consistent container of unconditional love, connection, and belonging, where you are safe, held, and seen. Sliding Scale: $30 – $50. Reserve your spot ahead of time when possible, as seats are limited, and it helps us know how much cacao to make :)
