Cinnamon Twisp Treats

A group of us went to the Cinnamon Twisp yesterday for coffee and treats. Everyone agreed that the cardamon coffee cake was out-of-this-world delicious! The bakery is open Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00 - 3:00. Stop in for some goodies!

I used to work there and it is awesome. The recipe is pretty much the Cardamon Cake in the Moosewood Cookbook, super classic. I make it at home. I half the recipe because the OG makes a full Bundt pan.
