Hello all. Its a little early to put this up but I figured I may as well get a jump on it. Right now I have my place up for sale, but due to the pass opening late and the wildfires, the buying season has been very slow. I plan to keep the house on the market until end of October. This will be ready to RENT by November (flexible with dates)
Brand new build on Castle Ave. 1 bed, 1 bath, 700 sqft, high vaulted ceilings, new appliances, heat/AC, propane fireplace, views of the mountains and valley, 5 minute walk to downtown, walk up the hill to the Meadowlark Trail. Rented last winter to a great tenant and is now a friend, hope to find another good one this year. Im super easy going to make things work for both parties. 1500$ a month plus utilities.
