1-800 phone numbers not working

1-800 phone numbers not working

Since mid day yesterday I have not been able to make a 1-800, toll free call from my landline. I receive a busy signal. I've tried several different 800 numbers, all a busy signal.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Not sure if it is the same issue, but we have noticed we can't make calls to the county government offices or to Confluence on our landline. This has been ongoing for some time now.
