Old Schoolhouse Brewery is looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our brewing team. No brewing experience is required—we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn a skilled trade.
This is an opportunity to build a career in craft brewing while working alongside an experienced brewing team at one of Washington’s award-winning independent breweries.
Position: Assistant Brewer
Old Schoolhouse Brewery
Winthrop & Twisp, Washington
Full-Time | $18–22/hour DOE
What You’ll Do
* Assist with all aspects of beer production
* Clean and sanitize brewing equipment
* Move kegs, grain, and brewing materials
* Package beer (kegs, cans, and cases)
* Perform cellar work and general brewery cleaning
* Help maintain a safe, organized production space
What We’re Looking For
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Physically capable of lifting 55+ lbs repeatedly
* Comfortable working on your feet for long periods
* Reliable and punctual
* Detail-oriented and willing to learn
* Mechanical aptitude is a plus
* Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
No brewery experience is necessary. We’ll teach the right person.
