Subletting a room in my rental home. Available after Labor Day. Home is in Twisp in a friendly, walkable neighborhood. The room is unfurnished with its own entrance to the backyard. Prefer a female non-smoker/drinker. I have two young teens and a small dog. Fenced yard. A pet would be considered pending the landlords approval. $700/m plus shared utilities.
