Is there a Conditional Use Permit for the RVs site use, i.e., RV Park?
Is there a water right, other than for Single Family Residential use?
Is there a permitted septic, or treatment system(s) for the existing occupied rental and the referenced 5 RV Hookups?
Is there a WSDOT Access Permit for a commercial use?
Are the Electrical Hookups Permited and inspected?

These are all very good questions RAK. I will be interested to know the answers. And what is the current zoning?

If the Okanogan Assessor website is current and up-to-date….the current zoning on this parcel is “single family residential”.
That would mean rv hook-ups and ‘storage units’ would not be allowed….as I read it.
I recall seeing several rv units - apparently occupied - parked there a few years back. Then they all were gone.
