Hi!  

My name is Josiah, I am 38 years old and have experience in all areas of Painting ( I have an proX17 Graco paint sprayer), Landscaping, Ranch work, House renovations, Treecare, Deck repair, General Carpentry, Plumbing, Concrete floor leveling, Roofing Repair, Drywall, Painting and basic Electrical issues.

I am knowledgeable in solving most all other household dilemmas. No stranger to hard manual labor either, whether digging trenches or carrying heavy loads.

 I have a truck full of basic tools, a Husqvarna 562 XP chainsaw
and whatever special tool that I don't have that is needed for the job, i'll just buy it or rent it. I have been working in Tree Care as an Arborists helper (ground man) in Seattle for the last couple years part time while also working as a handyman the rest of the week..  

In 2024 I converted a two car garage into a full ADU ( have photos upon request)

Josiah did an excellent job installing metal screening over vent holes in rafter blocking on a property we own. Once he understood what the job entailed, he finished ahead of schedule and communicated well during the process. Definitely recommended.
